Our Systematic Approach
Let’s face it. Coaches help athletes whose families are involved in their development. Coaches need families to help their athletes train on their own. They want parents to know how to “bullet-proof” their kids so they don’t get hurt during training and game time.
Predict & Prevent Injuries
Nobody seems to care about an injury until it happens to them. Injuries are practically off parents’ radars because parents assume their kid won’t get hurt. And then he or she does get or your child’s teammate gets hurt. Now sustaining an injury means a whole lot.
Develop routines
If your athlete wants to improve performance and prevent a future injury, you must get into the habit of following daily routines that are proven not only to make you more explosive and skilled, but also to make you stronger, leaner, and even taller.

It is never too early to start building your college plan. Some families start the process as early as seventh grade and that’s a good idea — because if your plan is to wait for your coach to hand you some schools when your athlete is in junior year of high school, you’re TOO LATE.
